  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio

4. Payments

Invoices are due as stated in the contract. Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms or service interruptions

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding work will be billed accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
